Apartment Badem (Almond ) Two Bedrooms
A delightful light and spacious ground floor 2 bedroomed apartment. A private entrance from the garden leads into a hallway, off which are located the 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and the open plan living area.
The large open plan living area with fully fitted kitchen is situated at the front of the property with views over the garden and the olive grove beyond.
The fully fitted kitchen contains:
- Electric oven
- Gas hob with extractor fan
- Dishwasher
- Fridge freezer
- Kettle, toaster and coffee maker
- All crockery , cutlery and cooking utensils required to enjoy cooking and dining at home.
- Washing machine
- Iron, ironing board, and clothes airer
- Plenty of storage space, modern units with granite worktops.
The living area is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas, marble side tables, coffee tables, lamps and flat screen TV with DVD. The large dining table to seats 6.

The floor to ceiling full length sliding doors open out onto a small private terrace, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining and relaxation.
There are 2 bedrooms. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have:

Apartment Badem has one bathroom for all guests to share. The compact contemporary bathroom is accessed from the hallway. It has a large walk in shower, toilet, wash hand basin, towel rail with chrome accessories.
Other facilities:
A small safety deposit box is provided in the apartment.
There is free wi fi access in the apartment.
All guests staying at Apartment Badem have full use of all shared facilities including swimming pool, sunloungers and umberellas, cushioned ottoman terrace, barbecue and roof terrace.
The apartment will have a full bed linen and towel change weekly. The gardens and pools are maintained daily.
A welcome hamper is provided on day of arrival for stays of 7 nights or more.
