Villas HERA and LETO are available throughout the year. During the summer months the house can get very hot if the Hamam is left on all of the time and so the Hamam is switched on by request. Just let us know one day before and we can have it up and running for you within 24 hours. Price includes use of the Hamam and sauna.
There is underfloor heating available for stays in the winter months. The indoor plunge pool can also be heated in the winter months on request. For details and pricing for a stay in either of these villas between November and April, please email us for a quote.
Booking
We are a Turkish / English couple who own and manage the apartments and villas ourselves. We also run a small hotel in Patara. You can contact us as per the details below. We are happy to answer any questions that you may have about any of our properties. Emails will be answered within 24 hours. We are only a phone call away at any time during your stay, should you require help with anything at all during your holiday.

Change over day.
Changeover day is flexible and we accept bookings to arrive and depart on any day of the week. We also accept stays of more than 1 week but less than 2 weeks ie: 10 days, 12 days etc..
The minimum length of stay in the villas in low season (April/ May / October/ November is 5 nights. In the summer season the minimum stay is 7 nights. A short stay in the summer season is only accepted if there is a short gap between other bookings.
The minimum length of stay in the apartments throughout the year is 5 nights.
Booking Deposit
On making a booking for one of these private villas or apartments we will require you to complete a booking form. We will take credit card details as security for the booking. The balance will be paid in full on arrival.
Payment for airport transfer
Should you arrange a private airport transfer through us then this is paid to us on arrival at your villa or apartment when we check you in. Payment for the transfers is accepted in cash only (sterling, euros or Turkish lira)
Payment for car hire
If you arrange car hire through ourselves, we book the car for you but you pay the car hire company directly when you pick the car up at the airport or when the car is dropped off for you at your villa / apartment.
